Big Hollow Kitchen is a breakfast pop-up bringing sunny side up vibes to farmers markets, community events, and wedding mornings across Vermont. All of our breakfast sandwiches are on scratch-cooked English muffins and loaded with local Vermont meats and produce.
Catch us at the Shelburne Farmers Market every Saturday from 9:00 - 1:00 and select Sundays at the Stowe Farmer’s Market from 10:00 - 2:00. We cook small-batch and sell out most weekends, so come early!

We live five minutes from some of the best farms in Addison County, and it's their work that ends up in your sandwich. Our purveyors include Footprint Farm, Full Belly Farm, Lewis Creek Farm, The Hindquarter, North Country Smokehouse, Cabot, Vermont Creamery, Champlain Valley Apiaries, and more.
