What We Offer

Every wedding morning, bridal shower, and bachelorette looks a little different, and we love it that way. We can keep things simple and fun by showing up outside wherever you are and cooking hot breakfast sandwiches ready to order while you get ready for the day, or we can build something more elaborate together. Using what is fresh and in season, we can build a menu of quiches, hot pancakes with VT maple syrup, a fruit and cheese spread, and our signature homemade rolls: cinnamon, lemon, raspberry, or whatever else the season calls for. Whether you want bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches handed to people between hair appointments or a full bridal shower brunch spread, we’ll bring that vision to life.   • Hot to order off the griddle on a scratch-cooked english muffin. Choose from our signatures or tell us what you're craving.

    Signature Sandwiches:

    • The Big Hollow: Bacon, egg, and cheese

    • Maple Sunrise: Maple griddled sausage, egg, and cheese with smoky chipotle aioli

    • Green Mountain Melt: egg, cheese, local greens, herb gremolata

    Sample Seasonal Sandwiches:

    • Egg, kimchi and cheddar with gochujang aioli

    • Egg, heirloom tomato, and herbed goat cheese

    • Egg, whipped feta, and greens with harissa aioli

    • Egg, country ham, cheddar, pepper, and onions

    • Egg smothered in sausage gravy

    • Egg, Old Bay potatoes, cheddar, and bacon

    • Egg, chili crisp, soy glazed pork belly, and arugula

    ...and whatever else the season calls for

  • Buttermilk stacks hot off the griddle with not your mama’s toppings. Served with your choice of bacon, sausage, and/or eggs.

    Toppings can include:

    • Griddled bananas with brown butter

    • Seasonal citrus curd

    • Blueberry ginger compote

    • Lemon and honey sweetened ricotta

    • Fresh berries and cream

    • Cinnamon stewed apples

    • Vermont maple syrup (always)

  • For when you want the full thing. We'll build a custom spread around what's fresh and what fits your crew.

    Options can include:

    • Turkish breakfast spread: za’atar griddled flatbread, eggs, labneh, muhammara, fresh vegetables, olives

    • Cheesy grits bar: creamy grits, crispy bacon, runny eggs, scallions, hot sauce

    • Seasonal quiches with local vegetables and meats

    • Smoked salmon board with scratch-cooked english muffins

    • Yogurt parfait bar with granola & local honey

    • Homemade rolls: cinnamon, lemon, raspberry, or whatever the season calls for

    • Fruit tray and Vermont cheese board

  • Because a brunch spread isn't complete without something to sip on. We can add coffee service, cold brew, fresh juice, and tea to any package so your guests have everything they need in one place.

  • We want everyone at the table to have something delicious no matter their dietary needs. Amanda has over a decade of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist building allergen-friendly menus, so whether you have a vegan bridesmaid, a gluten free mom, or a guest with a serious allergy, we've got it covered.
